TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITION OF SALE: All products sold or distributed by Aero Cosmetixx are subject to a 30% re-stocking/cancellation fee. No type of extended warranty will be offered. No full refunds will be offered. 1) No refund shall be given on any returned item. Only exchanges or credit toward another purchase is allowed, subject to the following conditions and restrictions: a. All requests for exchanges or credit toward another purchase must be made within five working days from the date of the original invoice; b. Original receipt must be presented at the time of credit or exchange; c. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging; d. Parts may not be returned if modified, painted, or used; e. Wheels or tires which have been mounted may not be returned. 2) All light bulbs and electronic parts are for “off-road” or “show car” use only. All parts are sold as is and are sold without any warranty. 3) All engine, exhaust, performance, and modification parts are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon public highways. 4) Except as expressly set forth herein, Aero Cosmetixx does not provide any expenses or implied warranties for any products or items sold by Aero Cosmetixx. 5) Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your back order there is a 30% cancellation fee. 6) Every aftermarket part which includes: body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc. require modification for installation for example shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, etc. This needs to be worked on by a trained professional or a professional body shop. In case customers decided to do it themselves, Aero Cosmetixx will not accept any returns and will not do any refunds on this items. 7) Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. 8) In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact one of Aero Cosmetixx salesperson. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Returns due to wrong order received, placed, manufacturer defect. Customer must notify Aero Cosmetixx within 24 hours after receiving merchandise. Failure to do so will result in a negligence by the customer for not notifying Aero Cosmetixx on time and customer will not be refunded unless, authorized by higher management. All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking charge. All returned merchandise; freight charges must be pre-paid by customer unless stated otherwie. 9) Aero Cosmetixx and AeroCosmetixx.com will NOT be held responsible for any typographical errors on the website, web advertisements and print advertisements.
